  1. Stacey,

Thank you very much for sharing this story. My family and I are praying for a smooth process and speeding recovery for Dusty, and praying that your family be restored when it is all over.

My husband and I have three little guys, and just a couple weeks ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I will be checking back on this blog hoping to see that you guys remain strong in the fight.

Cancer can kick ROCKS! We're all in this together! Love ya hun.

  2. Stacey, it was so wonderful to meet you both! Steve and I are so impressed with your commitment to each other. What a blessing it was for us to spend time with you and share our story. This is, I know, an incredibly stressful time for you both, but it WILL get better! Once you have these plans in place and Dusty begins his treatment and starts to see results, you will feel so much better. And I, my new friend, am no farther away than an email. I will send you my phone number so that when you need a pep talk, someone to listen to you bitch and complain (cuz everybody needs to do that sometimes!), you will be able to reach me that way too. Put one foot in front of the other, girl. So many prayers and thoughts surround you. Hold on to that! Hugs to Dusty, please!!
